(3) R38 insulated treated floor; (4) Pull down stairway for the Alpine Chalet Models; Full stairs for the Sportsman and
Get-a-Way models; (5) Crestline installed windows; (6) Your choice of a single loft; or double loft with catwalk; or full floor
for any of the Sportsman or Get-a-Way models; (7) If desired, an installed chimney stack; (8) Porch with railings and treated
floor; (9) Treated skids. SHELL PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE OUTSIDE STAIRS LEADING TO CABIN, OR FOUNDATION.

**Delivered Price includes (1) Free set-up and delivery for the first 25 miles from Necedah, Wisconsin; (2) $5.00 a mile
for any miles over 25 for single story cabins; (3) $10.00 a mile for 1½ & 1¾ cabins over 25 miles; (4) Prices may vary, up or down,
depending on gas prices at the time for delivery NOTE: Crane costs are EXTRA (65 ton minimum required). The cost f or
crane and operator depends on what your local supplier charges. The supplier for the Necedah, Wisconsin area charges $1200
for the first 5 hours for a 75 ton crane and an experienced operator. Foundation or basement costs AND any plumbing, wiring,
windows and stairs to basement or outside stairs leading to cabin, as well as any work in or on basement or foundation are
EXTRA. Foundation or basement must be in place upon delivery. (We do not recommend a cement slab foundation. Perimeter
foundations and/or pillars are preferred. Cement blocks above the ground may sometimes be used depending on soil type and local
codes (consult w/local bldg. inspector).

***The PRICE FOLLOWING THE SLASH (“/”) is the Cabin Shell plus (1) Electric wiring; (2) Outlets
& fixtures; (3) Plumbing; (4) Water heater; (5) Bathroom w/toilet, tub and/or shower, vanity; (6) Kitchenette; (7) Cupboards;
(8) cabin plumbing for washer/dryer (only for the larger 1530 & 1536 units).
